Discovery call

Once we review your questionnaire, we’ll schedule a call with Caleb, our Owner. This is your chance to discuss design ideas, logistics, and a budget tailored to your project.

onsite visit

Once we’re on the same page, Caleb will visit your space to gather measurements, photos, and design details. The $85 fee covers this consultation to prepare a custom design.

design proposal

After the onsite visit, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with pricing for the design phase. Choose between 2D layouts or realistic 3D renderings. A 50% deposit gets us started.

official design

Our team creates a detailed mockup of your space within two weeks. You’ll have the chance to review, request tweaks, and approve the design with the final payment.
