Job Summary
- The Landscape Designer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design work for new projects. This person will manage site designs from the initial onsite client meetings, to creating 2D and 3D concept plans for the project. All detail drawings, construction drawings, etc will be done by the landscape designer.
- The designer will work with local city code departments to ensure all designs meet city codes for permitting and construction.
- The designer will perform onsite inspections and assist with receiving project materials, site layout, and any design related questions the Foreman or Home Owners may have during the project.

Job Duties

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticultor or equivalent experience
- Experience in the landscape/construction industry, including working experience in the designs of rock gardens, decks, fieldstone paths, stone garden walls, fences, ornamental ponds, fountains and waterfalls, retaining walls, and paver, and pools is a plus
- Capable of using DynaScape, AutoCAD, 3D Render Software

A Day in the Life of a Landscape Design & Associate
- In this landscape sales and design associate position, you create the entire process of designs. This calls for extreme attention to detail to ensure the design is followed through in an immaculate manner.
- You deal directly with client needs. Strong communication skills result in client satisfaction.
- You configure the estimate and deliver that estimate with any concerns or questions handled accordingly. You discuss the final design plan to move forward with construction.
- You use your landscape construction knowledge after the homeowner approves your estimate and plan.
