The Vision

Create an easy flow from the home to the pool, carve out intimate seating off the primary suite, add a modern lawn and paver grid for games and lounging, and make it beautiful from breakfast to night swim. Our design build approach kept the structure, drainage, and finishes aligned from day one.

Poolside Entertaining Deck

We framed and finished a spacious pool deck using TimberTech decking with a clean picture frame border. Steps connect directly to the pool patio and Bold riser lights make evenings safe and dramatic. A dedicated pad is ready for a hot tub so the space works year round. This composite decking choice delivers low maintenance performance with the look clients want.

Private Deck At The Primary Suite

Outside the bedroom we added a second deck for quiet coffee and late night unwinding. It matches the main deck in TimberTech for a unified look and includes a gentle step down to the pool level plus subtle step lighting. We refreshed the beds with compost and black mulch, then added a simple palette that stays neat through the seasons with boxwood, Karl Foerster grass, butterfly bush, Russian sage, and Big Blue liriope. A low voltage LED system with a 300 watt transformer and timer brings the walkways and plantings to life each evening. Landscape lighting adds curb appeal and safety without glare.
